Realme is on a rollout spree in 2025. After introducing several smartphones under its P-series, the brand is now preparing to launch another addition — the Realme P4x 5G. Although the company has not officially announced a launch date, a new listing on Flipkart has confirmed that the device is getting closer to its debut.
A dedicated microsite for the Realme P4x 5G has gone live on the e-commerce platform, offering a sneak peek into the smartphone’s performance capabilities and highlighting the features that Realme will prioritize with this model.
A Phone “Built to be Fastest” — Focus on Gaming and Performance
The Flipkart teaser boldly labels the Realme P4x 5G as “Built to be Fastest”, a phrase that immediately makes its target audience clear. The phone is set to cater primarily to mobile gamers, performance-driven users, and content creators who frequently multitask.
The microsite further reveals that the phone will support 90fps gaming in GT Mode, which is an attractive addition for users who play high-frame-rate games like BGMI, COD Mobile, Valorant Mobile, and Free Fire. A punch-hole display with slim bezels is also confirmed, hinting at a modern design and immersive viewing experience.
Multitasking Capabilities: Up to 90 Apps Open at Once
One of the standout claims made by Realme is that the P4x 5G can maintain performance while running up to 90 apps simultaneously. Although full specifications like processor details have not yet been revealed, this specific statement strongly positions the device as a mid-range performance powerhouse.
Such multitasking abilities point toward the possibility of a high-efficiency chipset, likely paired with advanced RAM optimization features or extended RAM support. Realme has been emphasizing gaming capabilities across its P-series, and the P4x 5G appears to be the latest iteration of this strategy.
Charging, Cooling, and Durability Features Confirmed
Battery specifications remain under wraps for now, but Realme has confirmed one crucial detail: the P4x 5G will support 45W fast charging. In addition to regular wired charging, the phone will also include bypass charging — a feature that directs power straight to the device while gaming, instead of passing it through the battery. This technology helps reduce heat build-up and extend battery health over time.
Another major confirmed highlight is the inclusion of a vapour chamber (VC) cooling system. Realme claims that the P4x 5G will be the only phone in its price range to feature VC cooling, a component usually reserved for higher-priced models. This suggests that the phone will sustain demanding tasks — especially gaming — without throttling performance due to overheating.
How Will It Compare? Realme P3x 5G and P4 Series Expectations
The P4x 5G is expected to replace the Realme P3x 5G, which launched earlier with features like a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset, 6.7-inch 120Hz LCD screen, 50MP dual cameras, and a 6,000mAh battery with 45W charging.
The newer P-series devices — the Realme P4 5G and P4 Pro 5G — upgraded to AMOLED panels, 144Hz refresh rates, and Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipsets, raising expectations for the P4x 5G. While the new phone may not match the top-end “Pro” hardware, it is likely to deliver a balanced mix of gaming performance and value pricing.
Launch Coming Soon
Since the Flipkart microsite is already active, the official launch of the Realme P4x 5G in India appears to be right around the corner. Realme is expected to reveal the price, full specifications, storage options, and availability dates in the next few days.
