After debuting in China last month, iQOO has officially launched its latest flagship smartphone, the iQOO 15, in the Indian market. The smartphone targets premium users who want cutting-edge performance, powerful cameras, and exceptional battery life. For the first time ever, an iQOO flagship in India also brings wireless charging support, making this model a big milestone for the brand.

Pricing and Availability in India

The iQOO 15 starts at Rs 72,999 for the model with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The top-tier version featuring 16GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at Rs 79,999.

However, the company is offering attractive launch incentives. Buyers can avail a flat Rs 7,000 discount through select bank offers, along with an additional Rs 1,000 off via a promotional coupon. With these offers applied, the effective price drops to Rs 64,999 for the base model and Rs 71,999 for the higher configuration, making it much more competitive against other flagship devices.

iQOO is also giving early access benefits. Priority Pass holders can purchase the phone starting November 27, while open sales begin on December 1. The phone will be available through Amazon India and the official iQOO e-store. Buyers can choose between Black and White (Legend) colour variants. According to the company, the first official sale window starts on December 3 at 12 PM.

Display and Performance

The new flagship smartphone boasts a 6.85-inch Samsung M14 AMOLED display. With a 2K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a 300Hz touch sampling rate in gaming mode, the iQOO 15 aims to deliver an ultra-smooth and responsive visual experience—especially for gamers. The large and bright display is expected to be one of the best in the segment.

Powering the device is Qualcomm’s latest and most powerful mobile chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. iQOO has complemented this processor with its own Q3 advanced supercomputing chip to boost gaming performance, frame stability, AI tasks, and overall efficiency. The chipset is paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage, ensuring fast app launches and smooth multitasking.

To maintain top performance during extended gaming or heavy use, the device includes an 8,000mm² single-layer VC cooling system, which improves heat dissipation and prevents throttling. The phone ships with Android 16-based OriginOS 6, promising a clean and fast user interface with enhanced customization features.

Camera Capabilities

The iQOO 15 brings a powerful triple-camera setup on the rear. It features a 50MP main camera sensor for detailed and sharp photography. Alongside it is a 50MP ultra-wide camera, allowing users to capture larger scenes and landscapes. There is also a 50MP periscope telephoto lens capable of 3x optical zoom, and an impressive up to 100x digital zoom, providing excellent flexibility for long-range shots.

Selfie lovers and video callers get a 32MP front camera, placed inside a punch-hole design, offering crisp and vibrant photos.

Battery and Charging

One of the biggest highlights of the iQOO 15 is its battery setup. The phone packs a massive 7,000mAh battery, which should easily deliver all-day performance even under heavy usage. Most notably, the iQOO 15 becomes the brand’s first smartphone to support wireless charging, showing a major step forward in convenience for premium users.
